Each Allurigem engagement ring purchase includes a Lifetime Warranty on jewelry items against manufacturing defects. If you believe your ring has a defect please contact Allurigem so that we may perform an evaluation on the item. Once this evaluation has been completed, we will contact you to discuss the findings and our professional recommendation. If the defect is found to be due to a manufacturer’s defect we will repair or replace your jewelry as appropriate.
A $50 deposit is required prior to return shipment of the item. You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item to Allurigem for evaluation. If the work is warrantied the deposit will be refunded and Allurigem will cover return shipping. Should your claim or damage not be covered as a manufacturing defect, Allurigem will provide the suggested repairs along with a price estimate for stated work if applicable.
Repair or service labor provided by an outside, non-approved jeweler will render this warranty void. All jewelry is subject to normal wear and tear. Allurigem's coverage excludes losses or damage due to normal wear and tear, product loss, theft, or abuse. The warranty does not apply to items that have been stored or handled improperly, abused, altered, or otherwise damaged by incorrect cleaning methods or chemical contact. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
In order to make a claim under this warranty you must agree allow Allurigem to:
- Examine all original documents pertaining to the purchase
- Resolve and handle your claim completely
- Perform a physical evaluation of the item in question along with any original diamond grading reports or appraisals pertaining to the item
