Return Policy & Cancellations
LETTERA COLLECTION CENTER DIAMONDS
Allurigem provides a 30 day return policy on any center diamond in its original and undamaged state. All original diamond grading reports must be returned with the stone to receive a refund. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition and include all GIA grading reports, packaging, Ring Cam and cable, and documentation. If you are not completely happy with your selection, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to verify your return.
Ring settings may be canceled or changed within 48 hours of placing your order with no penalties. After 48 hours, all ring settings are non-returnable and non-refundable as each item is custom made for your purchase. By placing your order, you hereby understand that the ring setting you are ordering is custom created specifically for your order, and that after 48 hours have elapsed you may not alter your order, nor will Allurigem permit refunds.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your wedding band after you receive it, return it within the first ten days and you will receive credit for the manufacturer to remake, replace, or modify your returned jewelry in the same size as ordered. Wedding bands may be cancelled or altered within the first 48 hours.
You are responsible for the return shipment of your item and must include a $50 restocking fee for the return shipment of your center diamond. Please contact an Allurigem representative in order to discuss proper return packaging in order to ensure your item arrives in an undamaged form. Please note that Allurigem does not assume any responsibility for your item during the return shipping process.
PROCESSING AND RETURN DELIVERY
Evaluation and processing takes approximately 5-7 business days from the date your return shipment is received. Once the item has arrived Allurigem's Gem Lab will inspect and verify that your item is unaltered and undamaged. The center diamond will then be removed by an Allurigem jeweler and your custom-made ring setting will be returned to you. An Allurigem representative will contact you via e-mail to make return delivery arrangements. All return shipments made by Allurigem will be made by FedEx delivery and will require signature confirmation before your refund will be processed. The time for required for your return to be credited varies by credit card company.
